Safety Issues At New Epping Car Park

The Epping Society is currently in the process of bringing a number of issues with the new car park to the attention of the Council.

Today we identify an issue with the upper level 'safety rail'. As you can see from the photo it would be all too easy for a child to climb up and even over the rail.

We find it extraordinary that these specifications were signed off.
