The Epping Society nominated for the Epping Town Council Building Award 2024, RSJ Brickwork + Construction Ltd for the work done by the company on the brick wall at the top of Palmers Hill and at the back of the Egg Hall flats.
The wall had fallen into disrepair over a number of years, and was in need of repointing, and repair where it had collapsed. The area is a focal point of the town, being an entry and exit point at a major road junction. It is seen by so many people passing through, or just waiting for the traffic lights to change. The work completed has enhanced the image of the town.
At the recent Epping Town Council Town Meeting the work was awarded an Epping Town Council Civic Award 2024. Team members of RSJ Brickwork + Construction were duly given a Civic Award Certificate by the Town Mayor Christine Burgess for their effort.
