There has been a lot of talk about the South Epping development, also known as SEMPA.
The developers are inviting the public to provide feedback during a 6-week consultation period before they submit a formal planning application to EFDC.
An evening meeting was held at Ivy Chimneys school last week, which was well-attended and where strong opinions were expressed.
